CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – Senior Virginia Burns made history on Thursday night, capturing her fourth Ivy League title in as many tries in the 500-yard freestyle. In doing so, Burns became the first woman in program history—and just the ninth in Ivy history—to sweep one event all four years.
