Samford signee Gavin Orr should have made that list IMO. He had 13 D1 offers, 6 from FBS programs(such as MTSU, UAB, App State and Troy) and 7 FCS offers from schools such as Furman and JSU.

Howard had a 4-Star DT sign with them, and quite a few 3-stars too.

I'm sure the guy may turn out to be a fine player, but why are we supposed to be impressed?

If you do the math, each of those numbers add up to a total of 25. The link at the top of the thread is to Hero Sports Top 25 FCS Recruits Class of 2018.

Sure no problem

the numbers are the number of players recruited in the top 25 players by each school

and the source of the figures?

that is an easy one - the link that YOU provided above

TE – Dallas Goedert, South Dakota State
OL – Brandon Parker, North Carolina A&T

Good player, my son played against him and you have a good one. Younger brother is good player also. Younger son has played against him and on "all star" team together.

was thinking the same thing… a perfect example of subjectivity and maybe a little bias…

You need to add one more name, sort of. It wasn't listed as such because he transferred for his 5th year after he graduated last year. Did pretty well down there, but he was an FCS all American, for two years.

Brandon Parker might be working on his Electrical Engineering Ph.D a decade from now.
