Maine OC Bobby Wilder a finalist at ODU

Maine offensive coordinator Bobby Wilder is one of three named finalists for the inaugural head football coaching position at Old Dominion University. The other two are UVA Special Teams Coach Mike London, and W&M asst head coach Bob Solderitch.

Acoording to ODU's website, a fourth candidate also will be interviewed. But that person wasn't named.

Mike London has withdrawn, so it looks like either Maine or W&M is going to lose a key assistant. Both deserving guys. Solderitch probably has an edge with his Tidewater and N.C. recruiting experience.

Or both W&M and Maine get to keep their staffmembers and the mystery candidate gets the job, of course.
