THIBODAUX, La. – Since nearly defeating FBS Georgia in its season opener, the Nicholls State University football team has received votes in the FCS Stats Top 25 poll for six consecutive weeks. The latest poll, released earlier on Monday, had the Colonels 37th in the nation with a total of 19 points.
