Dropped:
CB DeAndre Houston-Carson, William & Mary, Sr. – 22 TKL, 1 TFL, 1 INT, 1 BLK in 3 games.

Just curious of the thinking here. Do you think the switch to Free Safety will be a help or hurt regarding draft stock?

I think experience at both helps him out. I just removed him because he is not having any pass defended production and you need to have more than just one pick or several pass breakups. These lists have nothing to do with your ability as a player. These awards are stat driven so that is a major reason for the drop. If he has 2 or 3 INTs and 3-5 breakups in the next 3 weeks then he would go right back on.

Any thoughts about what you've seen from him so far this year? I think he's looked pretty damn impressive, but I also think part of it is the system that he's playing in that's made so many EWU QB's before him be so successful. At 6'4 220, he does seem to have a great pocket presence.

I'm impressed with him. He has a shot to be the best QB EWU has had, outside of Vernon Adams. It will be almost impossible to equal what he did since West just has 2 years but I think he has a chance to be a great one.

Seems like domination in every category, not sure if Kupp is looking good because of West or vice versa.

Give Wentz a 2-3 touchdown performance during game #4 for the Bison....toss in his rushing TDs and he could be in the ballpark.....West is definitely a dude though...I was pretty high on him even last year when captain 1 eye black went down (and now left).

He's going to get 2 - 3 TDs this weekend? Heck, lets just pencil the numbers in. I like Wentz but sometimes Bison fans...

Wentz has solid numbers, his rushing numbers are listed, statistically he isn't in the ballpark of Prokup or Lee

West's numbers are crazy. Even in the BSC, those are pretty insane.

Wentz went 14 for 25, 235 yards and 2 TDs....plus another 70 yards on 13 carries and a TD rushing the playoffs...

http://espn.go.com/ncf/recap?id=400557498

An off game for him....went 12 for 20 with 115 yards and 1 TD and 1 INT.....plus another 100 yards on 16 carries and a TD rushing...

Soooooooooooooooooooo yeah. He might just get 2-3 TDs this weekend xlolx

He's getting almost daily looks from scouts. Between he and Luke Rhodes we've had more scouts around practice than I ever recall.
