It is 6 degrees here in Shelby, MT with a wind chill of below 0 so that will feel pretty nice. IF I can get to Missoula. The roads are not that great.

People forget that our roads could have an impact on the size of the crowd.....

I hope not- drive safe all.

Actually it looks like it is more interesting to people here than 6 of the eight PO games. Including yours, bringing up last with ONE whole vote (Hmm I wonder who that was?). Good job.

It was 30 degrees, and snowin' like a big dog in Lolo, (8 miles South of Missoula), when I got up this morning, and it looks like more is coming.

Although it means that I have to break out the snow shovel, I don't really care, because I love this stuff!

Side note to VictorG: With the way you drive, you might want to get the vehicle packed up, and start heading to Missoula THIS VERY MINUTE!!! If you do that, you might catch the 2nd half kick-off.xlolx xlolx xlolx :D

For Montana, that IS mild. Or, at least it could be worse in late November.

If you have the time tomorrow, come by Parking Lot "P". Look for a Griz awning, tent thingy about 65 yard West of the Fitness Center.

Glad you had a safe trip!

Living where I do, I find myself luckier than any human being on our planet.

I'd rather be in Montana wishing I was some place else, that some place else wishing I was in Montana.

Cut your grass, trim your hedges in the sun...I'm fairly content with shoveling snow...but that's just me.;)

My wife has been offered a job in Great Falls, but we decided we are going to the Missoula area, regardless.

God's country, indeed!

Nowhere on the planet I'd rather be.

Totally opposite of the weather last year, where we had snow on the ground for all three games (of course cleared off the field, except for that little patch in the south end zone at the two-yard line). It was stunningly beautiful in Boone on Friday. The stadium looked great last night as the ESPN people were setting up. Took a visit with the guys in the locker room as they were getting ready. It looked like white unis with black pants for the Chants.

Loved my trip to Missoula for the 2000 semifinals. It was snowing with 20 degree temperatures. Made for an interesting back drop to the game.

while I was mowing & edging... got too hot. You guys can have the low, low, low temps. I sat at a HS game on Friday night. 65 degrees and still. That is the weather football should be played in. Anything below 32 degrees & it becomes a version of hockey with the southern teams on an unlevel rink. Your kith & kin know it because every year about this time we see the snow birds heading down even further south than we are. Come south of Houston in September & sit in the stands when the temps are in the 80's with 60 % humidity at 7.30 at night & the police willing to arrest you for taking off enough to get comfortable. That will be a true test of Montana football. Not playing in your front yard in temps you grew up in.
