DE Jeff Charleston has transferred to Idaho State from Western Oregon. Had 22.5 tackles for loss and 11 sacks in 2003. Sat out 2004 after transferring. He is 6'4 255.

He got a 7th-PFA grade from the NFL.

Western Oregon is a DII school that plays in the Great Northwest Conference with Central Washington, Western Washington, and Humboldt State (CA).

I think it's located roughly within the western portion of the state of Oregon. ;)
