Here is a list of every team, broken down by conference, which still has a shot to reach 7 division I wins. This does not take into account likelihood of at-large selection into the playoffs, simply those teams which are still eligible. Note that some teams may still be eligible to win their conference without meeting the 7 division I win rule. Teams in bold will become ineligible with one more loss. This may seem premature, but it is a nice reference when hypothesizing who will receive at-large bids this season.

You are right, TT, this has now been changed. For some reason the first time through, I thought Presbytarian was a I-AA team.

I think you are right, if they lose a I-AA game, they are not eligible for an at large

Nice list grizband. One addition on my part: You forgot Villanova in the A-10 South. They are currently sitting at 2-3 (1-1 in A-10) with losses to Central Florida (I-A), Lehigh and UMass.
