Jacks are a much better team than in 2010, but this is a top 40 FBS, and they're ready for the Rabbits.

6-1 last week (I picked YSU with my heart instead of my head). 24-2 on the year.

Southern Illinois vs Southeast Missouri St - SEMO is pretty bad this year, the Salukis roll.
South Dakota St @ Nebraska - I think the bunnies chances would've been better had the Huskers been coming off a victory rather than an embarrassing loss. They'll be highly motivated to score early and often in this one.
South Dakota @ Northern Arizona - UNA has been historically tough at home and the Yotes aren't good enough yet to win in that type of environment yet.
Abilene Christian @ Illinois St - I'm a little shaky on this pick. Eastern Illinois' offense is good but they can't be as good as the Redbirds made them look last Saturday. That was either a blip on the radar or a sign that this will be a long year in Normal.
Delaware St @ North Dakota St - Lee Corso dons the Bison head and the Bison roll in an eventful week for the herd.
Northern Iowa @ Northern Colorado - UNI takes this one easily against an outmatched UNC squad.
Duquesne @ Youngstown St - The Penguins disappointed me last week but I think they get back on track this week.
Central Arkansas @ Missouri St - Rough game for the lesser Bears from Springfield playing against a fired up UCA team looking to get back in the W column after being upset last week.
Western Illinois @ UNLV - I was pretty impressed with WIU's performance against the Goophers last week, I think they get close to pulling the upset here but ultimately fall about a TD and a FG short.

Nebraska 42 SDSU 31: Turmoil in Lincoln isn't quite enough to allow the Jack Rabbits a chance to pull the upset.

:WIU is probably a pretty decent, mid-range MVFC team this year. That's not good enough, normally to beat a B1G. Especially a Minnesota team that looks like it has a chance for a bowl game this year. I'll take Minny.

Haven't seen Mich St at all this year. Just going from the scores they don't seem terribly impressive. I'll go with YSU in the upset.

SIU and IN St win against lower teams.

I'm going to give MO St the benefit of the doubt against an OVC school.

IL St gets their turn at EIU. I've been impressed with EIU, so I'm going to stick with them over rival IL St.

Finally, SDSU should not have a problem with SELA at home. Give me the Jacks.

Again, going to give the MVFC school the benefit of the doubt over the OVC school. Fool me once... but give me SIU.

Going to go with SDSU in the upset! Nebraska is discombobulated from the loss and the commotion about their head coach.

Also going to take USD in an upset over NAU. No idea why, everything points towards NAU winning at home, as far as I know.

IL St will be hungry to get a win on their record against a good DII program transitioning up. Probably equivalent to SDSU's win over SELA, but hopefully less doubt.

Goes without saying that NDSU will win.

Going to take UNI on the road over UNC. Perhaps in the mid 90's it wouldn't have been as sure a thing, but these days UNC is not doing well.

YSU should not have any problem with a NEC team.

Would love to pick MO St at home, but I think UCA is too strong.

Also would love to pick WIU on the road....ok fine, give me WIU.

Yikes, I made my first football bet ever on the Western vs UNLV game, money on Western (hey it's Vegas after all).
Western was the underdog given 14 points when I put my wager in. Since Minnesota is showing they are legit and just beat San Jose State 43-24 the spread has moved to just 8 points.

Good if you are just wanting props. However, I don't like how this is making my wager that much tighter. I still don't think UNLV will cover the 8 points but I was sure they wouldn't cover 14.
