Looks like week 4 has a couple of real tough games for Gateway teams. IN St. travels to Northern Illinois and YSU hosts Uc-Davis...both games are going to be tough. The MSU-SHSU game could be a toss-up.

Here's a few predictions:

IL St.@ Murray St. 24-10 ISU Redbirds over the host MSU Racers
IN St.@ N.Illinois 52-24 NIU Huskies pound on IN St. Sycamores
MSU - Sam Houston 27-24 MO St. Bears get by the SHSU Bearkats
SIU - Ark-Pine Bluff 38-14 Golden Lions tamed by the SIU Salukis
WIU@ N.Colorado 34-10 WIU Leathernecks convincing over the Bears
YSU - UC-Davis 21-20 YSU Penguins pull it out over the Aggies

3 days until Saturday...YES!! :thumbsup:

Since the games are tomorrow, wanted to bump this thread back up to see if any Gateway fans would like to predict some outcomes.

Lots of tough games. What do you guys see happening?

Not a gateway fan but I am taking UC Davis 21-17 over YSU in what will be a very good game.

I'll be a homer and say YSU pulls it out 21-17. It's supposed to be windy and raining with thunderstorms which I think will benefit YSU. Should be a great game though.

All GFC teams will win except Indiana St.

Agreed. Hoping Indiana State shows the offensive numbers they've been putting up.

A reasonable prediction most weekends during the NON-con portion of the season.

Illinois State wins much bigger than 24-10 against Murray State. Will MSU players be given work release from their jail time to come to the game ? :) Only way the score is 24-10 is if the game ends at half ;)

Indiana State put up 40 on the Racers. I can't see them holding the Redbirds to 24.

Go Penguins... I went to the Ursuline-Notre Dame Cath. Latin HS Game tonight at Stambaugh, a few UC-Davis people were there, and a few players. Also saw Heacock about 30 minutes before kickoffs and Irizarry checking out his former team.

YSU Wins tomorrow 31-24....
Every GATEWAY Team wins, except Indiana St.... but I hope they still put up big numbers offensively!
