Just got home from the game...

EIU dominates the 1st quarter, ILS scores 23 in the 2nd for a 23-16 HT lead...EIU ties it up in the 3rd...ILS scores 2 to go up 37-23 halfway through the 4th,,,EIU scores to get it to 7, but ILS puts it away in the last minute to win 44-30...Luke Drone was throwing all over the EIU secondary even without L-ROB...Pierre Rembert rushes for 105 yards and 2 TDs while LB Cameron Siskowic gets credited for 22 total tackles!!! Nice to see you Ralph, Cant wait to see the pictures you took!

Great to see that even with a ton of injuries sustained last week versus UCA that the Birds were still able to handle EIU by a couple TDs. Love it!

negative note on the game EIUs Triston Burge was injured on a kickoff and needed help off the field, didnt look like he could put any weight on his left leg...from my view, an EIU player blocked an ILS player into Burge who couldnt get out of the way

Also, EIU FANS, I was very disappointed in your turnout for the game, such a big rivalry and a game between 2 ranked schools and you couldnt have had more than 100-150 fans at the game....

Sorry Matt, but I would estimate there was close to 200-300 in the general admissions section. Not all were wearing blue, but we were surrounded by them. I want to say it was section B/C was where most sat.

They didnt wear Blue...SHAME ON THEM!!! But they did clog up the gas station on the way outta town, man can they get coffee any slower?!?!

we had more fans from ND and SDSU, which is a lot long drive than EIU had.
