Disagree on these, but all should be close games

Nice Picks!

Only "surprise" was the "homer" pick of BearKats over SMU. Wish? :smiley_wi Or some good info to suspect that it could happen?

I am concerned about this game for sure. SHSU against a I-A is always going to be tough. SHSU has a QB issue with Pate hurt. SMU has their RB, who was thought very highly upon, injured and out for 4-6 weeks. SMU fans are already throwing in the towel after last week's UNT game and folks are predicting low attendance.

This will have a I-AA feel in terms of game atmosphere if SMU faithful no-show this one as has been talked about. They've never been that well-attended to begin with, but SHSU should have a good crowd to the tune of 3000 to 5000 at the game, like Sam did at the SHSU-Houston game last year. This time, reaching out to the Dallas alums!

This could be like the TxSt-Kentucky game last week. A I-AA who looks good on paper, but gets blown out of the water. We'll see..

I am really interested in how good the OVC is. EKU impressed me with the win last week and I think that the energy will carry over to a pretty tough OOC game...

Furman of last year could beat UNC. I feel very confident in picking a few I-AAs over I-As...

WKU got beat last week and should come out strong this week, especially infront of the home crowd against a team I may have initially over-rated earlier this year...

Very interesting game. Is the Storied EKU program finally making its comeback? Is Western Carolina going to make a statement after a 20 year absence?

I think both programs are good this year but I think Western takes this one. They have to wait a couple of weeks for somebody to show them what football is really all about:p

Hey TT,

You forgot O.D.U. at McNeese. Those guys have our number. I don't we have ever scored on them.. ;)

I've got to figure out what to do with myself this weekend. :)

After the defensive effort by the Purple Bruins last week, I am in agreement with you on that one. Now if Nathan is healthy, the points will be there again. Should be a great game in Conway!

Indiana has a lot of emotion on their side... Coach had brain surgery this week.
