ORANGEBURG, SC – The South Carolina State defense outscored the offense 15-7 Saturday in the Bulldogs' annual Garnet and Blue spring football game at Oliver C. Dawson Stadium. The defense, which received points using a special scoring system, limited the offense to just one touchdown, a two-yard scoring run by sophomore running back Julius Pendergrass early in the third quarter.
