It will give the Bearkats seven home games only one season after they played just four times on campus while advancing to the FCS national final for the second straight season. The game also pushes Houston Baptist's inaugural schedule to seven...

So HBU is playing at a high school for now... I hope they can get a stadium plan in motion soon. Either way, not sure how this benefits the Kats but I'll take a 12th game.

Boo, SHSU should have signed a home and home with NDSU.

This. Would have loved to have a home and home with them.

FC Dallas stadium doesn't count, sorry. :P

I haven't been able to find an answer to this question, but I find it hard to believe that a team with a seven game schedule (only one of them being a present D1 team) is a counter.

Now that I think about it, I remember out last Home and Home with SHSU. We ended up losing in Huntsville. Boo.

No one would play us. It was pretty much this game or nothing. Now we are one FCS loss away from having our backs against the wall in terms of playoff eligibility. Again.

I think in the end, you got the better part of the deal.
