Smart move by Kelly as long as they don't get a postseason ban from the NCAA.

Dumb move.

Once the NCAA comes down on Oregon Kelly will look like a fool. Maybe the Carolina job is the one he really wanted and when it didn't open up he backed up.

Odd he would have such long meetings with the Browns and then tell them nevermind...very odd.
