I've found 2010 and 2011, but i cant find 2012 for the life of me!

It is in the password protected member section, not public this year.

I was able to get my hands on a copy. Here are some highlights:

The CAA is guaranteed a minimum if 4 teams.
The Patriot League is forbidden from getting an at-large bid.
Appalachian State is guaranteed a seed regardless of merit.

Forgot one: New Hampshire is guaranteed a spot even if they lose by 30 at home in the final week, have no wins over playoff teams and have the same conference record as the team who just tuned them up.
