Tennessee State probably hasn't punched a ticket to the playoffs. I'd say Central Arkansas and Northern Arizona with only 7 D1 wins are more safely in than Tennessee State.

If Lehigh loses out, I'm sorry, they lose out on the playoffs as well. Stony Brook would be close as well. Only sure things so far IMO is NDSU & UCA. The rest will be determined these last 2 weeks...
