Western Carolina first-year head football coach Mark Speir spent time with members of the media on Tuesday morning's Southern Conference Head Coaches' Teleconference. He reflected on last Thursday's season-opening victory over Mars Hill - his first as a collegiate head coach - and also looked ahead to this Saturday's first road game at former SoCon foe, Marshall.
