Montana #3...they really have faith in the "new" Griz.

Well, the Grizz have been pretty consistent the last 15-20 yrs....that "earns" them high rankings every year.

Pretty interesting to see 7 MV teams in the top 29.

Or the process is exposed for ranking based on past history and little value.

NDSU at #61, and predicted to go 11-0. MVFC also safely atop the conference composite ratings. All is right in the world.

Yeah, seen that to but at least it's an official logo, not a cartoon character

By "Safely" you mean a 3 point win, predicted, over UNI by a "Toss up" margin.

UNI goes with 1 loss in the conference....if that is the case UNI gets in the playoffs despite 2 FBS games and a non-counter

29% chance to beat Montana at home? Really?

Verify that the "safely" phrase was used to describe the MVFC's position in the conference standings and not NDSU's highest-in-the-FCS rating.

lol read that again. NDSU #1 UNI #2 in the FCS.

He is saying the MVFC is safely the best conference in the land.

1 NDSU MVFC
2 UNI MVFC
3 Montana BigSky
4 SHSU SOUTHLAND
5 GSU SOCON
6 YSU MVFC
7 ISU-r MVFC
8 ISU-b MVFC
9 Maine CAA
10 Wofford SOCON
11 Chatt SOCON
12 EWU BigSky
13 SDSU MVFC

Which conference is the best you ask?

I got some words twisted in the post. Apologies. Accept some green chicklets in return.

Yeah, I saw that and was like... umm, wtf? I'd put the Mountaineers at about 2-1 (66/33) or better at home vs. anyone, including my Griz (and even more so given the current state of the uni). That plus it looks like their top twenty or so are identical to last year's playoff field, so....

NDSU looks like it has the 30th overall ranked defense in the country.

I also notice App is conspicuously absent from the top of these rankings, predicted fourth in their own conference.

It happens. Though I think we all know who's walking out of Cedar Falls with the W anyway. xthumbsupx
