New look for Weber State

Something of an update on the old one. Neat, though I liked the old one. Presumably means new uniforms and helmets for the football team as well

I think it looks like a cross between a middle school logo like the one below and a cartoon character you'd find on a middle-schooler's backpack who thought she was a little too old for Hello Kitty.
