Banks enrolled this spring at Division III Franklin College just south of Indianapolis to improve his grades. He hopes to play football again at another school this fall.

Very doubtful that he'll be academically eligible to play anywhere this year.

Smarmy comment aside, he actually mentioned coming to Chattanooga originally, but the Mocs politely said "no thanks".

His dad (a minister, I believe) even admitted in the paper that his son had a lot of things to straighten out in his life.

He sounds like a could use some time away from football and "the big time". But like Phil Fulmer said, I wish the guy luck...hopefully the kid will grow up and accept some repsonsibility in life.

(I am amazed he would even try to go back to tennessee-knoxville, with all the arrests up there this year, there is no way Fat Phil would be allowed to take him back)
