Portland State opened spring practice on Monday in mild conditions at Stott Community Field. Some 70 players were in uniform going through drills in preparation for the 2012 season. The Vikings will practice every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at Stott from 1:30-4 p.m. through May 9. The Spring Football Game is May 12 at Jesuit High School.
