There used to be one that was pretty good ( Blitz) but it died . A couple of fellas tried an ambitious project last year to compile and evaluate all the FCS squads. Died from Overwhelmation. Phil Steele does the best overall recap now, albeit it is after the fact for recruiting season ,but it is great for the regular season. I admit I am hooked on FCS issue.
